(Jan ‘09):   I’ve got to get better at updating this page!!  I’m currently working on a couple of exciting new recording projects with John Sherman, Charlene Adzima, Zac Leger and others in the US and with Bert and Eva Deivert (and some surprise guests!!) in Sweden.   Look for their release later in 2009!!

(Nov ‘04): The new Hammer On! CDs are now available for ordering from this site!  Click here to find out more. Also, I now (finally) have online ordering available for both CDs.

(Oct ‘04): The Hammer On! CD is done, at long last!!  The discs should be arriving soon from the duplicators.  Stay tuned for more info...!!

(Aug ‘03): Dan Landrum (dulcimist for Yanni’s World Tour), Mark Wade (1998 National Hammered Dulcimer Champion), Bob McMurray (dulcimer player/guitarist) and I met up at the ODPC FunFest in Evart, MI, and decided to form the dulcimer-centered group “Hammer On!”. We are busily working on a new recording project, due to be released sometime in early 2004.  Stay tuned for more information on this exciting new collaboration!

(Jan ‘03):  Chris Ramsey and I recorded a demo CD featuring her fine harp playing and me on guitar, cittern/bouzouki and hammered dulcimer under the name Begley’s Braes. We hope to have a full CD out later in the year.  Look for us at upcoming gigs under the new name!  Be sure to catch us at the Dublin Irish Festival in August (details to come)!

(Jan ‘03):  As of January I am a full-fledged, official member of the band Aisling.  You should see me on their web page as well (once I get around to sending Andi the bio stuff...). Look for lots of new Aisling gigs on my schedule page!
